Return/Exchange/Warranty/Payment/Refund/Shipping

If you need to return or exchange any item purchased from Savontires.com, please notify us by calling (888-755-8473). Or E-Mail us at (info@savontires.com). Anyone of our tire and wheel technicians will be glad to assist you. You will be given a (R.G.A.) Return Goods Authorization.
We will accept returns according to the return policy below. All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date. Savontires.com doesn't provide shipping on return, refund, exchange, warranty.

Returns and Exchanges you may return products that are: 1.) in their original packaging. Straps must not be broken on tires. Wheels must have original boxes. 2.) Are not damaged, installed or used in any way. Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.

These returns still require an R.G.A. number (see above) and all non-defective returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We will issue a refund for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error. Otherwise shipping cost will still apply. Credit will be given less all-shipping fees. All merchandise must be in new condition. No returns will be accepted if tires or wheels are mounted in any way. There will be no returns or exchanges accepted on special order tires. Credit will be issued the same way as purchased. Cash purchases will be issued a refund check. Orders must be cancelled by telephone only. A 5% processing fee will apply to all cancelled orders unless products are not in stock.

Shipping: Savontires.com uses only Fed EX, which vary in delivery time. Please allow 2-8 business days for tires. And 3-10 for wheel and tire packages and non-stocking orders to be received. Savontires.com will not be responsible for shipping delays after products have left our warehouse. Overnight, 2nd and 3rd day orders apply only to stock on hand. All overnight, 2nd and 3rd day orders cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by telephone. Please call us at (888-755-8473) for all overnight, 2nd and 3rd day order confirmations. Orders placed by credit card will only be shipped to the billing address of that card. No P.O. Box or APO addresses will be accepted.

Damaged Products: If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please call us immediately at (888-755-8473) or E-mail us at (info@savontires.com). Our customer service representatives will guide you through the return and replacement process. Do not throw packaging material away. Savontires.com will contact the shipping company for pick-up and a damage claim.

Manufacturer's Warranty: Savontires.com only warranty products against defects. Warranty is determined by manufactures. All other warranty does not apply. Customer must provide own shipping, call to receive a R.G.A. number.
